    1. Introduction

    Welcome to Fintrend+, a digital platform operated by RCTC Services Private Limited (“Fintrend+”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, tools, features, and associated services relating to financial product distribution, investment facilitation, advisory support, and related offerings.

    By using, accessing, subscribing to, or registering on our website or any Fintrend+ services, you (“you”, “User”, “Investor”, or “Subscriber”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue using our website and services.

    These Terms apply in addition to all applicable laws, AMFI guidelines, SEBI regulations, and the terms of third-party product providers whose instruments you may choose to invest in.

    1. Nature of Services

    Fintrend+ functions as a distributor of financial products, including:

    Mutual Funds

    Portfolio Management Schemes (PMS)

    Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)

    We do not guarantee performance, returns, or investment outcomes. The final decision to invest rests solely with the investor. All investments are subject to market risks.

    1. Account Creation & User Responsibilities

    3.1 Accuracy of Information

    You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration or while using our services. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

    3.2 Compliance

    You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including SEBI and AMFI norms, anti-money laundering (AML) laws, KYC requirements, and product-provider rules.

    3.3 Prohibited Use

    You shall not:

    Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purposes

    Upload or transmit harmful, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or abusive content

    Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity

    Engage in unsolicited bulk messaging, data scraping, or misuse of communication tools

    Violate third-party intellectual property rights

    Fintrend+ reserves the right to restrict or terminate usage for any violation.

    1. Cancellation, Suspension & Termination

    4.1 User-Initiated Cancellation

    You may request account deactivation or service cancellation anytime by emailing info@fintrendplus.com. The request becomes effective only after you receive written confirmation from our team.

    4.2 Fintrend+-Initiated Suspension/Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice for:

    Violation of these Terms

    Non-compliance with regulatory requirements

    Non-payment (for paid services, if any)

    Fraudulent or suspicious activity

    Fintrend+ is not responsible for any loss arising from such termination.

    4.3 Refunds

    All payments, subscriptions, and prepaid credits (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless stated in a separate written contract or mandated by law.

    Unused credits or subscription value will lapse after expiry unless expressly extended.

    1. Use of Information & Data Handling

    5.1 Information Provided by Users

    By submitting your personal information, you authorise us to use it for:

    Account creation and servicing

    Regulatory compliance

    Transactional communication

    Customer support

    Service improvements

    5.2 Communication

    We may contact you about:

    Platform changes or maintenance

    New services or investment-related communication

    5.3 Data Storage

    We may store device metadata, IP addresses, and logs for security, fraud detection, and compliance.
    User data may be retained for up to 90 days, and archival copies may be retained thereafter if required by compliance obligations.

    1. Platform Usage & Limitations

    Fintrend+ provides technology and facilitation support but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

    Downtime or delays due to internet issues, third-party service providers, or technical glitches are outside our control.

    Records and logs maintained by Fintrend+ shall be considered final unless a technical error is established.

    You agree to indemnify Fintrend+ against any claims arising from misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

    1. Third-Party Products & Links

    Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, AMC portals, or investment products.
    We do not control or endorse the content, performance, or security of such third-party services.

    All investments are governed by the respective product providers’ terms and disclosure documents.

    1. Intellectual Property & Licensing

    All content on the Fintrend+ website—including trademarks, logos, images, designs, software, and documentation—is the property of RCTC Services Private Limited or its licensors.

    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform strictly for lawful investment-related activities.
    Copying, modifying, distributing, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation is not permitted without written consent.

    1. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

    9.1 No Investment Guarantee

    Financial markets are subject to risks. Fintrend+ does not guarantee returns, capital protection, or performance.

    9.2 Service Disclaimer

    Except for any express warranties separately provided, all services are offered “as is” without warranties of any kind.

    9.3 Liability Limitation

    Fintrend+ shall not be liable for:

    Loss of profits, investment losses, or financial damages

    Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

    Loss of data, service interruption, or system errors

    Issues arising from third-party platforms or service providers

    Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the service.

    9.4 Data Transmission

    Some information may be transmitted through non-encrypted channels. For sensitive documents, we recommend secure, encrypted communication.

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fintrend+, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or liabilities arising from:

    1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
    Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
